Hello, my name is Lauren, your interfaith spiritual director.
Here’s a little about me…
I am a life long spiritual seeker—a mystic, contemplative, modern monastic, and watery dreamer. I work as a certified spiritual director, grief companion, ordaining minister with Feminine Healing Ministries, initiated rose lineage holder, yoga teacher…yada-yada-yada. I’m nifty fifty, so the list goes on. Maybe you relate to the continual search and entrapment of looking outside yourself outside to find yourself.
My personal path of spiritual renewal came a the cups of mid-life (surprise!). I went through the initiation of divorce after being married for 13 years, with three children, one adopted.
I needed to break some generational cycles and felt painfully guided to deconstruct my life. It took a significant head injury to push me through the threshold. I remember a healer telling me that concussions were often a catalyst for metamorphosis.
I knew during this time in my life that I was being positioned for something, but it wasn’t quite clear. I almost always listen and trust because I’ve cultivated a strong discernment through years of inner silence. I began my meditation practice at eleven-years old. This is how I came to know the divine intimately enough to hear the whisperings of God and the movement of the Spirit.
I knew soon after my divorce that I was on a fast track to healing aspects of myself and my maternal line that would restore Love in my beingness. Mostly a love of self. I had a womb reconciliation, a new reverence for my body and mind. When we can unconditionally love ourselves, our entire world lens changes.
In my mentorships we enter the Contemplative Rose Path (via feminina), a path of wisdom through gnosis (direct experience with the divine). A mystic-friendly, spiritual formation to deepen into divine presence and know that we are BELOVED, lovable and loving.
The greatest gift I can offer women is their own personal authority and deepened presence of the divine.
We walk together through the threshold—we rise and fall, into the mystery and into heart of deep devotion, faith and empowerment.
